Adaptive Analytics, led by founder Parnell Woodard, is a data analytics firm that helps clients across industries gather, integrate, analyze, and visualize data. Frustrated with the lack of cloud-based integration in their previous tool (BIME by Zendesk), Adaptive Analytics sought a BI solution with robust cloud storage and connectivity and moved to ClicData’s business intelligence platform.
ClicData provided API-based web services, Google integrations and direct Amazon Redshift connections, plus embeddable and standalone dashboards supported by ClicData’s professional services team (notably Shree and Elena). As a result, Adaptive Analytics switched to ClicData’s enterprise plan in August 2017 and has been a satisfied, long-term customer for over a year, achieving smoother multi-source integration and improved dashboard design and data presentation.
