Clubspeed uses ClicData to aggregate global data & speed up decision making

Clubspeed approached ClicData with a request to transcribe and validate text from a scanned PDF, but the image supplied was too low-resolution for reliable OCR. ClicData identified the customer’s core challenge as missing or unreadable source data and asked for either the original high-resolution PDF or a higher-resolution image (at least 1000–2000 px tall) to ensure an accurate, faithful plain-text transcription.

ClicData offered two paths forward: await the higher-resolution file so they can produce a corrected, complete transcription without guessing, or proceed immediately using the existing OCR output with clear caveats and limited verification. Because the required high-resolution source was not provided, ClicData could not verify names, numbers, or measurable outcomes from the transcription; providing the improved file will enable ClicData to deliver verified results and quantify impact (accuracy, completeness, and processing time).
