Small Charity Business used CleverControl to keep a light but regular eye on office staff activity. The owner, Andrew, already relied on video surveillance for the bakeries and wanted a simple way to verify that his accountants and managers were behaving responsibly, especially around sensitive tasks like monthly charity donations.

Using CleverControl screenshots, screen recordings, and keylogging, Andrew reviewed the accountant’s activity and uncovered fraud in the donation payments. CleverControl showed that Lisa had been diverting part of the charity funds to her own account and then escalating the amounts over time; in total, she stole two months’ worth of donations outright and about 30% of other monthly donations over eight months.
