CleverControl worked with a leading fabric producing and selling company that was losing revenue and customers while suspecting that employees were leaking client and deal information to competitors. The company could not prove the misconduct or identify the people involved using its existing tools.

CleverControl recommended and deployed employee monitoring software on the computers of staff with access to sensitive data, using silent installation via Group Policy. By monitoring email, social media, messenger activity, external devices, screenshots, screen recordings, and Live Viewing, CleverControl exposed two sales managers who had shared customer data and agreement details with competitors, which helped explain the loss of two key clients and led to the employees being fired.
