Leading IT Company used CleverControl to monitor productivity and improve discipline across its support and sales teams. The company also wanted better visibility into employee activity because some staff were habitually late and used coworkers’ laptops to hide their absences.

Using CleverControl’s webcam snapshots, call recording, and keystroke logs, the company was able to verify attendance, evaluate client calls, and investigate suspicious behavior. CleverControl later exposed an employee who falsely claimed his laptop had broken and had actually taken it home for personal use; the laptop was recovered and the employee was fired.
