CleverControl worked with a leading real estate agency in the USA that was struggling to keep track of a growing team’s productivity and involvement as the company expanded. The agency wanted a way to prevent future discipline issues, improve work processes, and better understand how both office and field employees were spending their time.
The agency tested CleverControl on a three-month plan, using user activity tracking and IM monitoring to review work time, chat logs, and workflow bottlenecks. CleverControl helped the managers explain the system to staff, balance workloads more fairly, and identify training gaps in new employees; it also exposed one agent who was spending 1-1.5 hours at a cafe after client meetings instead of showing properties. The trial showed areas for improvement, and the agency planned to extend its license after seeing the benefits.
