Sandro, a French fashion brand, faced challenges in managing the high volume of applications for its store positions. By using CleverConnect's solution, Sandro merged two telephone interview stages into a single pre-recorded video step. This saved a tremendous amount of time for recruiters, improved their responsiveness, and allowed them to better detect relevant profiles. The solution also helped uncover excellent candidates who might otherwise have been missed, and it received positive feedback from applicants. As a result, Sandro is now expanding the use of CleverConnect's video interviews to recruit for more experienced roles and to other brands within its parent company.
