Nitro Leverages cleverbridge E-commerce Solutions to Increase Global Revenue

Nitro, a leading developer of document productivity software used by more than 450,000 businesses, faced growing global demand and needed to outsource ecommerce so it could focus on product development. After problems with its prior provider’s shopping cart, cost transparency, and platform functionality, Nitro selected Cleverbridge’s end-to-end ecommerce platform and services to support localization, integration and scalable global sales.

Cleverbridge migrated Nitro’s data and launched a customized solution in under three weeks, then delivered multivariate testing, in-application ordering and a Business Intelligence tool to optimize pricing and checkout flows. The results included in-app ordering accounting for 23% of impressions and 17% of revenue in the first six months (now ~30% of revenue), a 22% lift in cross-sell revenue, a 21% increase in average order value, an 88% increase in average daily conversion rates and a 380% rise in average sessions per day for Nitro Pro—outcomes achieved using Cleverbridge’s platform and analytics.
