Tyne Coast Academy Trust, an academy trust in the U.K. serving 3,000 students, faced a challenge with its primary students losing up to 10 minutes of learning time per class as they struggled to type usernames and passwords. This also led to the use of insecure passwords that did not meet cybersecurity standards. The trust needed a solution from Clever to save time and improve security.

The solution implemented was Clever's Clever Badges. This provided a secure, physical QR code for students to scan for login, which integrated with their systems via Salamander Soft. The results were significant: login-related IT tickets were eliminated entirely, learning time was regained, and all students were given secure, complex passwords.
