Natural Baby Shower, a UK online retailer of natural and sustainable baby products, was struggling as its catalog grew: outdated technology produced slow site speeds, poor product categorization and an onsite search that lost shoppers—including over 10% of searches with typos. To solve these issues the brand adopted Clerk.io’s Search & Recommendations to improve search relevance, site speed and product discovery.

Clerk.io deployed fast, typo‑tolerant search (18 ms responses), content recommendations and 1:1 personalized recommendations, which guided customers, surfaced related content and corrected misspellings.
