Marinor, a nationwide Norwegian wholesaler of fishing and outdoor sporting goods founded in 1982, faced the challenge of serving a large, diverse customer base while personalizing marketing at scale. To solve this, Marinor partnered with Clerk.io and deployed Clerk.io’s Email, Audience, Search & Recommendations tools, aiming to automate and personalize communications.

Clerk.io implemented AI-powered email automation with 1:1 product recommendations, ready-to-use templates and real-time analytics dashboards, drastically reducing manual work and enabling targeted campaigns. The results: 58,646 automated emails sent, a 38.6% average open rate, kr 1,331,305 in revenue from email recommendations, 75% of orders impacted, 41% of total revenue influenced by Clerk.io, 40% growth in active customers and a 1.46x higher conversion likelihood for engaged users.
