Bluesight, a medication-intelligence software company serving 1,600+ hospitals, faced scalability and operational challenges: a patchwork of in‑house tools and multiple vendors caused slow, costly implementations, tedious trading-partner onboarding, limited visibility, and difficulty processing millions of large EDI transactions—especially as it rolled out new products like CostCheck. To solve this, Bluesight selected Cleo and adopted Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC) along with Cleo’s blended services model.
Cleo consolidated Bluesight’s EDI and API functions on CIC and split integration responsibilities through its blended services, giving Bluesight flexibility and expert support. As a result, Cleo enabled reliable processing of millions of EDI transactions regardless of size, centralized transaction and error visibility via the CIC dashboard, sped up onboarding and implementations (accelerating sales cycles and time-to-revenue), and reduced internal resource needs so Bluesight can refocus on product development.
