Lunchskins Uses Cleo's Fulfillment Portal and Web EDI Solution to Bring Eco-Friendly Food Storage to the Masses

LunchSkins, a women-led, B Corp sustainable food-storage brand, faced rapidly growing order volume and mounting inefficiencies with its previous EDI provider (SPS Commerce). Needing a cost-effective, scalable fulfillment and EDI solution that would integrate with internal systems and connect to major retail partners, LunchSkins selected Cleo and adopted Cleo’s Fulfillment Portal / Web EDI solution.

Cleo implemented its Fulfillment Portal to centralize order management, generate UCC-128 labels, packing slips and BOLs, and integrate with QuickBooks Desktop (and later QuickBooks Online), while connecting LunchSkins to major retailers like Amazon, Target, Walmart, Whole Foods and Kroger. The Cleo solution eliminated manual data entry, lowered entry and monthly fees (including special drop-ship rates), improved order speed and accuracy, enabled seamless partner onboarding and scalability, and delivered measurable savings versus the previous provider — all supported by Cleo’s ongoing customer service.
