TaylorMade, the premier golf equipment brand, faced a critical challenge when Adidas divested the company in 2017 and cut off outsourced EDI services that supported much of its order-to-cash revenue. To preserve global omnichannel operations, meet tighter SLAs, support complex order automation and ERP consolidation, TaylorMade evaluated vendors and selected Cleo, choosing Cleo Integration Cloud as a hosted, managed EDI solution.

Cleo implemented Cleo Integration Cloud to transmit and transform all of TaylorMade’s EDI, moving 100% of its B2B data to the cloud and supporting 60 trading partners, 200+ maps and more than 100,000 transactions per month. The Cleo deployment increased order automation, ERP data cohesion, partner integration flexibility and speed to market—optimizing productivity and reliability across TaylorMade’s global operations.
