Leading SaaS Company, a large global SaaS enterprise, wanted to strengthen its family benefits offering for working parents and bridge the gap between parental leave and childcare support as its workforce became more international. The company looked for a solution that could support employees from family planning through parenthood and back to work, and chose Cleo’s family benefits platform to help meet that need.

Cleo implemented a global enrollment and engagement campaign aligned with the customer’s Benefits, Communications, and HR teams, including region-specific messaging, a global launch email, quarterly communications, and monthly “Guide Fireside Chats.” Cleo also integrated with the company’s Family Leave process to simplify access, helping the company exceed its enrollment target in the first 6 months. After 9 months, families averaged 6 Guide interactions per month and 16 in-app touchpoints per month, showing strong ongoing engagement with Cleo.
