Upping Cisco's Content Game in a Multitude of Ways

Cisco engaged ClearVoice in 2019–2020 (working with CloudCherry, acquired by Cisco and now Cisco Webex Experience Management) to scale content marketing focused on customer experience. The challenge was to produce a broad mix of short- and long-form assets—blogs, case studies and Forrester-based white papers—to better inform and engage customers across Cisco’s marketing channels.

ClearVoice deployed its platform, chat-enabled workflow and a network of qualified writers to produce timely, well‑researched pieces averaging roughly 800–1,000 words, while minimizing rounds of edits. The streamlined collaboration kept projects on schedule, reduced Cisco’s oversight burden, and delivered consistent, on‑brand content that added measurable value for Cisco customers—prompting Cisco to plan future work with ClearVoice.
