The Navigators is an international, interdenominational Christian ministry with about 3,600 deputized fundraisers running thousands of projects. Their Accounting Process Center faced the complex challenge of accurately allocating and reporting a very high volume of gifts across many staff projects, and needed to eliminate manual errors while providing timely information to staff and donors. To meet this need they adopted the cloud-based ClearView CRM system.

ClearView CRM provided a core donor database, automated gift and recurring-payment processing, online giving via its Online Marketing Suite, real-time API updates, scanning to eliminate data-entry mistakes, list maintenance and nightly reporting. The solution automated posting to the general ledger, enabled staff worldwide to view up-to-date giving reports, and—by integrating NavPress publishing data—almost doubled The Navigators’ database, strengthening donor relationships and streamlining operations under ClearView CRM’s web-based SaaS model.
