Belkin, a consumer electronics company, faced the challenge of building a seamless, consumer-ready IoT platform for its Phyn smart water monitoring system. ClearSummit designed and implemented a serverless event-processing architecture on AWS Lambda, integrated machine learning models, and built React Native mobile applications. This solution enabled real-time data processing and alerts, a robust Bluetooth provisioning flow, and an intuitive user experience. The product successfully launched at CES 2019, won a Webby Award, and scaled to serve millions of connected homes. ClearSummit also helped Belkin build an internal engineering team to own the platform long-term.
