The clinically intelligent AI chat enabled BayCare to triage over 400,000 potential COVID-19 cases, significantly improving patient access during critical periods. The solution's Clinical Journeys module also automated risk monitoring for discharged patients, with one documented case where it triggered a life-saving intervention. Clearstep's technology was credited with saving lives and BayCare has since expanded its use across the full suite of Smart Care Routing products.
