Shoutlet is an enterprise-class, cloud-based social marketing platform that helps brands build customer relationships through social media. As a small startup that rapidly grew, the company needed an affordable way to connect its sales and customer experience teams with prospects and clients across distances to drive product adoption and support.

In 2011 Shoutlet adopted ClearSlide to deliver remote demos and use Live Pitch and screen sharing so reps can walk customers through features and troubleshoot in real time. The result was faster, more effective customer conversations, improved collaboration, and higher engagement and product usage as teams and customers solved problems together almost as if they were in the same room.
