A large physician services company partnered with Clearsense to solve an urgent demand-planning challenge: forecasting radiologist needs by day, hour, and facility up to 60 days in advance. Using the Clearsense 20/20® application as the analytics engine, Clearsense automated adaptable forecasting models and deployed them as a web service in a Docker container. The solution improved hourly and daily demand forecasting, eliminated error-prone spreadsheets, reduced wasted staff time and costs, and helped the company respond faster to change—including adjusting to the initial COVID shutdown within two weeks.
