The University of Arizona partnered with a large Arizona-based health system to support research and advanced analytics across Phoenix and Tucson. Facing limited access to data and the need for better decision-making for research initiatives and funding opportunities, they worked with Clearsense to improve data gathering and analysis.

Clearsense implemented Discover, a self-service cohort builder and analytics tool, along with MyResearch Portal to give users self-service access to data. The result was faster request-to-insight times, a 94.4% reduction in turnaround, and far fewer honest broker requests—5 per month versus 58 logins per month—while improving trial feasibility, data exploration, and overall research efficiency.
