RF-SMART, a provider of mobile inventory management solutions, faced challenges with inconsistent API performance and a lack of global resiliency for its warehouse management systems. Their manual deployment processes increased the risk of errors and service disruptions for customers. ClearScale partnered with them to implement a modern, serverless architecture on AWS to address these issues.

ClearScale re-architected the solution using a multi-region serverless design with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB Global Tables. They implemented CI/CD automation with Blue/Green deployments and established a foundation with Infrastructure as Code. This resulted in globally reliable APIs, a significant reduction in deployment errors, and a highly available, scalable environment that sets the stage for RF-SMART's future application modernization.
