Quik!, a provider of enterprise forms automation solutions, wanted to upgrade its data collection, storage, and reporting capabilities to better understand customer behavior and enhance its platform's value. They engaged ClearScale to build a cost-efficient and scalable data management infrastructure on AWS to serve as the foundation for future data science operations.

ClearScale implemented a three-part solution consisting of a secure data lake built with AWS Lake Formation, a scalable data ingestion layer using AWS API Gateway and Amazon Kinesis, and a flexible data warehouse using Amazon Redshift. This new infrastructure allows Quik! to analyze user data to identify growth opportunities, improve the customer experience, and share utilization data directly with clients via embedded dashboards. As a result, Quik! gained a sophisticated data management capability to increase customer retention and adoption for long-term profitability.
