Cardganize, a family-owned business in the gift card buying and reselling industry, needed a way to replace a fragmented and error-prone manual process. The company had no industry-specific management solution, and it wanted an all-in-one tool that could track gift cards from purchase to profit while helping with organization, customer tracking, compliance, fraud mitigation, and margin management.
ClearScale built a SaaS Point-of-Sale Gift Card Management Tool for Cardganize and handled development, AWS deployment, and ongoing support. The solution included reporting, multi-tenant separation, image capture, reseller integrations, and a scalable AWS architecture, and it was delivered in time for the busy holiday season in mid-December. Cardganize said the new system provided immediate benefit over the manual method and continued to meet its needs as the business evolved.
