Daytona Accelerates Its Digital Transformation With ClearSale

Daytona, the retail division of Neumasur in Buenos Aires, was expanding its ecommerce operations and needed to remove fraud and chargeback management from its team’s workload. Before working with ClearSale, two of five ecommerce employees were tied up with order screening, fraud research, and chargeback disputes, which slowed operations and hurt the customer experience.
