United Nations Federal Credit Union - Customer Case Study

The United Nations Federal Credit Union (UNFCU), an international financial institution serving more than 125,000 members in the global UN community, needed to ensure organization-wide alignment and sustained execution of its strategic goals. After formalizing strategic planning and creating an Office of Strategic Planning with a Balanced Scorecard framework, UNFCU selected ClearPoint Strategy as its strategy management platform to standardize tracking, reporting, and communications across the institution.
