A ClearPoint Strategy Case Study
The Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, a large and diverse federally recognized tribal organization, struggled to keep hundreds of projects across 10 counties and multiple divisions aligned and manageable. With so much happening at once, its leaders needed a better way to centralize strategic planning, improve transparency, and maintain focus across the tribe. ClearPoint Strategy provided the software platform used to support this effort.
ClearPoint Strategy helped the Choctaw Nation organize its work into scorecards, automate reporting, and tailor strategy management with custom fields, tagging, and filtered briefing books. The tribe reduced roughly 10,000 projects down to about 200 strategic efforts, improved cross-department transparency, and generated 60–70 individualized reports each month for leadership. According to the case study, these operational efficiencies have contributed to millions of dollars in savings.
