Pampa Energía is one of Argentina’s largest integrated energy companies, with power plants in four provinces and 12% of the country’s installed generation capacity. After rapid growth through projects and acquisitions, each plant used different indicators and scattered data, which prevented benchmarking and hampered strategic decision making. To standardize management and improve communication, Pampa selected ClearPoint Strategy and implemented the ClearPoint platform to support a modern, organization‑wide management methodology.
Using ClearPoint Strategy’s ClearPoint platform, Pampa implemented a corporate strategy map and aligned each Power Plant’s scorecard (objectives, indicators, initiatives) to the organizational scorecard so contributions roll up clearly. The solution improved transparency and participation, became the company’s Strategic Power Plants Management Plan (PEGA) on the path to ISO 55001, and produced measurable impact — including 100% alignment between team and company goals — along with higher-performing teams, better morale, and faster, more informed decision making.
