Origin Bank, a 40-location regional bank operating in Louisiana, Texas and Mississippi, faced a strategic planning problem: their existing plan was backward-looking, lacked accountability and executive buy-in, and their previous software couldn’t support the forward-looking, metrics-driven approach regulators and leadership wanted. Using ClearPoint Strategy’s platform and premium support, Origin Bank mapped high-level pillars into objectives, initiatives and focused measures, then created four core reports (Strategic Plan Overview, objective/quarterly analysis, a heat-map of measures, and an automated “Red Arrow” off-track report).
