Metropolitan Community College, a five‑campus higher education institution serving 20,000+ students, faced a time‑consuming institutional effectiveness process driven by PDF forms and manual SharePoint aggregation. In November 2020 they partnered with ClearPoint Strategy and adopted the ClearPoint platform to replace PDFs, streamline updates, and make IEPs easier to access and analyze.
