Riverside Community Health Foundation (RCHF) is a nonprofit focused on community health, engagement, and education, but it needed a better way to manage a diverse portfolio of grants, direct programs, clinic outcomes, and internal initiatives. With many stakeholders and activities to coordinate, the organization wanted a more efficient system to set goals, track performance, and maintain transparency across its work.

ClearPoint Strategy provided the central platform RCHF used to streamline grant management, program tracking, and departmental scorecards across the organization. With ClearPoint, RCHF improved reporting to the state, automated reminders to grant partners, and strengthened data tracking for 37 programs and eight community projects, helping the foundation produce more confident annual reports and better demonstrate its impact to the community and funders.
