First National Community Bank (FNCB), a northeastern Pennsylvania bank with $1.7 billion in assets and 16 branches, needed a better way to manage strategy reporting in a fast-changing, highly regulated banking environment. Before ClearPoint Strategy, FNCB tracked goals in shared Excel spreadsheets, which made quarterly reporting inefficient and required significant manual effort.
With ClearPoint Strategy, FNCB implemented automated workflows and centralized strategic planning reporting for its 12-, 24-, and 36-month goals.
