The American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN), a 100,000-member healthcare organization, was struggling with obsolete, spreadsheet-based tracking across more than 25 departments that made year-round Board and leadership reporting slow and error-prone. To replace manual Excel consolidation and better connect departmental work to organization-wide goals, AACN partnered with ClearPoint Strategy and adopted the ClearPoint platform, initially implementing a Balanced Scorecard approach.
