Aligning Arapahoe County - Customer Case Study

Aligning Arapahoe County, Arapahoe County’s performance program serving about 640,000 residents, needed a robust framework to align day-to-day services with its goals of Service First, Fiscal Responsibility and Quality of Life and to increase transparency and accountability. To support Aligning Arapahoe County’s performance management efforts, the County adopted ClearPoint Strategy to centralize performance data and manage program measures.

ClearPoint Strategy provided a central repository for department performance measures and helped build an interactive, public-facing dashboard (launched in 2018) that pulls live data from the County’s ClearPoint account for quick updates and public transparency. The ClearPoint Strategy implementation supported regular monthly/quarterly reviews, improved alignment of operations to strategic goals, and fostered a culture of continuous improvement — transforming the County into a more data-driven, transparent organization with ongoing tracking of service-access and other performance metrics.
