A ClearPeople Case Study
ClearPeople worked with the National Autistic Society, a major UK charity, to continuously improve its web platform and better support its mission of changing public perceptions and helping people understand autism. The challenge was to keep the charity’s main website and campaign sites effective, accessible, and responsive to the varied needs of different audiences and internal teams.
Using the Sitecore platform, ClearPeople delivered the 2008 website relaunch and has since provided ongoing development, technology upgrades, responsive design, campaign site builds, quality assurance, and managed service support. The results were strong: 89.5% of users said the new site was more helpful and would recommend it, content teams were better equipped to meet organizational demands, and the Push for Action campaign generated over 6,000 supporter sign-ups in its first six weeks.
