South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust - Customer Case Study

South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SECAMB), part of the NHS, needed to move from paper-based patient records to a more efficient and secure digital model. ClearPeople supported the Trust with technical planning for its Microsoft Azure infrastructure deployment, helping prepare for an Electronic Patient Clinical Record (EPCR) rollout and mobile access for clinicians.

ClearPeople worked with SECAMB and Microsoft to deploy an Azure-based cloud infrastructure with mobile device management, enabling staff to access and update patient data securely from anywhere, including vehicles on the road. The move to cloud-hosted patient data allowed the Trust to deploy quickly at minimum cost, improve real-time clinical data access, support better decision-making, and significantly enhance standards of patient care.
