Osborne, a developer, builder, civil engineering and property maintenance business, was looking to modernize its outdated ways of working. Relying on legacy tools, email, Excel and paper was creating pockets of information, slowing collaboration and making it difficult to share knowledge and data across the organization. ClearPeople’s Atlas digital workspace, built on Microsoft 365, was selected to support Osborne’s digital transformation journey.

ClearPeople implemented an Atlas-based Knowledge and Innovation Portal to consolidate communications, collaboration and business information in one secure place. The solution is designed to help Osborne improve access to accurate data, strengthen collaboration across office, site and home workers, and create a more connected employee experience. While the case study does not cite specific numerical results, Osborne expects ClearPeople’s Atlas to drive higher efficiency, better-informed decisions and improved customer outcomes.
