Nando’s now serves innovation and consistent messaging to their people thanks to a new digital platform

Nando’s, the global restaurant chain, needed a more engaging digital workspace to improve usability, employee engagement, knowledge sharing, and communication across its 24-country workforce. Working with ClearPeople, the company looked to move beyond its underused Office 365 setup and create an on-brand platform that reflected Nando’s culture and values.

ClearPeople implemented Atlas, its Office 365 people-first digital workspace, to consolidate communication, collaboration, and knowledge in one place. The solution enabled Nando’s to launch an Innovation Portal, surface AI-powered future-trends content from Shaping Tomorrow, and simplify newsletter publishing through email digests; as a result, Nando’s improved content sharing and has since rolled out additional portals under the Atlas framework.
