Korn Ferry, a global organisational consulting firm, needed to replace three separate legacy intranet portals and disconnected knowledge repositories with a single, intelligent digital workspace that could support rapid growth across 110 offices and 8,000+ employees. Working with ClearPeople, the company set out to create a platform that would bring new and existing teams together, improve knowledge sharing, and make collaboration easier across the business.

ClearPeople built FUSE on Office 365 SharePoint Online, adding tools such as Group Explorer, a contribution wizard, improved Yammer social collaboration, enterprise search with SAP and Salesforce connectors, and a “Fusified” modern sites experience for consistent branding and metadata. The result was a global collaboration infrastructure that increased Microsoft 365 adoption, improved employees’ ability to find and share knowledge, and helped teams respond to clients faster; Korn Ferry reported “YES” to faster collaboration, quicker project delivery, and faster client responses, while noting access to over 24 million pieces of content.
