Shoosmiths, a major UK law firm with 10 offices, 139 partners, and more than 800 lawyers and legal advisers, needed a document management system that was no longer slowing down employees when storing, finding, sharing, and collaborating on documents. ClearPeople was selected to deliver a new SharePoint-based document management solution, tightly integrated with Microsoft Office and email management, to support better collaboration across the firm.

ClearPeople implemented an award-winning SharePoint Document Management System, adapted with MacroView DMF and StoragePoint to preserve business as usual, match the old user experience, and reduce SQL storage requirements through tiered storage. The result was faster document and email retrieval, simpler administration, more consistent information handling across teams, and improved internal efficiency; the project also won Agent of Change 2015 at the Metalogix Best of Breed Awards and DM Project of the Year.
