Benenden Health, a healthcare provider serving employers and their employees since 1905, needed a more efficient way to support a growing membership while meeting strict healthcare data security, compliance, and access control requirements. ClearPeople was selected to help shape and deliver a new Microsoft cloud strategy, including Office 365 services, Azure infrastructure design, Exchange and SharePoint migration.

ClearPeople implemented Skype for Business for internal communication, migrated documents to SharePoint Online, moved email to Office 365 Exchange Online, and used Microsoft Azure to host business systems. The result was improved collaboration and knowledge sharing, stronger data integrity and security, better regulatory compliance, and lower costs by moving away from traditional in-house data centres.
