Atlas becomes even more important to a global organisation

Tokio Marine HCC, a global specialty insurance group with 4,000 staff across the US, UK, and continental Europe, needed a faster, more effective way to share information and expertise across a federated business. Its legacy system was little more than an online folder structure, creating silos and making it difficult for employees to collaborate and access up-to-date knowledge. ClearPeople provided Atlas, its Digital Workspace / Knowledge Productivity Platform, to help address these communication and knowledge-sharing challenges.

ClearPeople worked with Tokio Marine HCC to launch Atlas as “The Port,” a central digital hub built on Microsoft 365 and Azure that brings together communications, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. The platform is already being used daily by C-Suite leaders and is being expanded with sector-specific pages, market information, corporate news, and policies, with early results showing improved visibility across the business and better engagement with company content.
