Tokio Marine HCC, a global specialty insurance group with 4,000 staff across the US, UK and continental Europe, needed a better way to connect a decentralized workforce and share information consistently across the business. Working with ClearPeople, the company sought a digital workspace that could replace reliance on email and local intranets, centralize knowledge, and support more effective C-suite communications.

ClearPeople implemented Atlas, its digital workspace / Knowledge Productivity Platform, launched internally as “The Port” within Tokio Marine HCC’s Microsoft 365 environment. The solution consolidated multiple communication and collaboration tools into one portal, helping staff access relevant data, documents and news more easily; within the first week, 75% of the company had engaged with the platform, marking a strong early result.
