Monrovia Nurseries, America’s largest wholesale producer of high-quality plants, was struggling with late deliveries and poor visibility into its fleet because drivers were tracked only by phone. That gap led to growing customer complaints and a follow-up and reconciliation process that could take 2–3 days. To solve this, Monrovia turned to ClearPathGPS and its enterprise fleet management software.
ClearPathGPS deployed its solution across Monrovia’s regional centers to track over 50 trucks in real time, created more than 2,000 geofences to automate proof-of-delivery alerts, provided daily stop and activity reports, automated IFTA fuel-tax reporting, and enabled seasonal “tracking on demand” suspensions and API integration with Trucker Tools LoadTrack for contract carriers. As a result, Monrovia reports faster, more accurate deliveries, improved on-time performance, time and cost savings from reduced manual reconciliation, and higher customer satisfaction thanks to ClearPathGPS.
