The City of Ridgefield, WA needed a less labor-intensive way to provide financial transparency to a fast-growing community. With a small finance team and a previous portal that was difficult to build, maintain, and keep current, the city struggled to keep up with updating financial data for residents and council members.

ClearGov helped the City of Ridgefield launch a new online Financial Transparency Center that ClearGov updates on the city’s behalf each month. The solution made it easier to keep data current, reduced calls and inquiries, and gave staff a more efficient way to share timely financial information with the public.
