Advantek Waste Management, LLC needed a better way to manage paper manifests and billing at its Karnes County disposal facility. Handwritten tickets were full of errors, hard to read, and slow to process, forcing manual data entry, delayed invoicing, weak reporting, and a billing cycle that averaged 50 days with DSO around 100–110 days.
Cleargistix implemented a cloud-based system to digitize manifests/tickets, streamline invoicing, and provide real-time reporting, with both online and offline use at the remote site. The result was faster processing, fewer errors, and a major cash-flow improvement: Advantek cut DSO to about 50 days, reduced office verification work from up to two hours a day to 30–60 minutes, and enabled faster weekly billing and more consistent data across departments.
