Offshore Technical Compliance (OTC), based in Covington, Louisiana, provides offshore digital pressure testing, regulatory compliance inspections and verification services. The company was relying on paper tickets, handwritten time and expense reports, and emailed spreadsheets to track payroll, billing, and job details, which made reconciliation slow, manual, and error-prone.
