The Atlantic Council, an international nonpartisan organization that hosts hundreds of events each year, needed a way to keep its Distinguished Leadership Awards and other high-profile gatherings safe for more than 500 guests traveling from around the world. Working with CLEARED4, the council required proof of vaccination and a negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours, while also wanting at-home testing options and multilingual communications to support global attendees.

CLEARED4 automated vaccination verification and testing, issued access passes based on test results, and enabled direct messaging for urgent updates before the event. The platform also supported on-site testing, real-time compliance management, and custom reporting, helping Atlantic Council reduce administrative burden and improve safety for its awards event, a subsequent multi-day conference in Brussels, and a planned third use for the Global Citizen Awards in New York.
