Ozinga, a fourth-generation building materials supplier founded in 1928 and known for its red-and-white-striped concrete trucks, grew rapidly to about 1,700 employees across more than 70 locations in five states. That expansion exposed weaknesses in a paper-heavy, inconsistent hiring process: manual applications, no centralized candidate tracking, slow time-to-hire, and a poor candidate experience.

Ozinga implemented ClearCompany’s ATS and paperless Onboarding, added ClearText for fast candidate communication, and worked closely with a dedicated Customer Success Manager to standardize workflows.
